Holy cr@p - don't ever fall out with your ISP. I've just got back online at home after THREE MONTHS !!! Long enough for me to have forgotten my username! They cut me off for no reason at all after paying through and on the nose for YEARS, no problem at my end, no explanation, no help from the 50p-a-minute helpline to Delhi. Eventually I jibbed them off but trying to get a MAC code out of them...! I'm getting updet now talking about it, so I'll just say..

..DON'T fall out with your ISP.

I was with breathe - been through several owners but alright until recently. Now? Just read the forum on their own website.
