Just been in my local Lidl in north Cardiff and they've got a pile of bike toolkits in. I'm not an expert on quality but to me they look very good value at £25. I would have got one but I've built up my own kit over the years at about three times the price. They seem to have all the stuff you'd normally need and might be a good idea for those just getting started on retrobiking and all the work that goes with it. I assume they're selling them across the UK.

P.S. I don't work for Lidl :)
