I'm not usually a fan of completely mad paintwork but this one drew me in and what sealed the deal was that it came with the Grove components, note the Hot Head bar/stem and the Hot Rod cranks.

I have a few small details to address, remove the Onza bar ends, replace the grips, route the front brake cable over the bars and replace the tyres with some tan-wall tyres and then I'll be happy.

If anyone has a Grove Innovations jersey they'd be willing to sell me, I would be very interested in buying it from you.

That is mint! I know nothing of these guys - what's the story with the bike/manufacturer? Early 90's era?

When that came up on fleabay we were all drooling. Glad it went to a good home. It's one of the nicest Groves I have seen.

Lush, though the headset is nice IMO a black headset would improve it.

Indeed it is. It seems to have had little use.

This website explains the history in great detail http://michaeljhermann.com/GIintro.htm

Very nice.

I'd probably drop the 3DV and go all out black...
