1993 Wilderness Trail Bikes Phoenix SE, #93188

BoTY Winner
I'll let the photos do most of the talking, but here's the final product of my 93 WTB Phoenix SE. It's an (early) first year non-suspension corrected frame. It came to me as a basket case that needed a lot of work. I toyed with repainting it, but decided to leave the wasted patina in place and surround it with cherry WTB parts. I'm not sure I can put together a more competent bike than this. I don't have too many miles on it yet, but so far it's been an absolute delight.

And the coolest tire combo :) and, again, not a bad build either ;)

I've had a few frames that have been refreshed by D&D.

Wish I could find more of them. Love those big 2.5 GC ME's!

I've had some D&D repainted frames too...but this one is original paint!

Well that's just superb. Great spec, loving the seatpost in particular.

Damn, that's two of my 'must haves' that you've posted up in the last two days!
