MARIN ELDRIDGE GRADE 1992..

My recently purchased Marin Eldridge Grade 1992, all original spec except Tyres which had perished unfortunately
It has had little in the way of use, or wear and tear, still holds a beautiful vibrant neon red to the frame and stem. The saddle is in minty mint condition too. Have taken it for spin, once I had fully cleaned and greased it, it rides very smoothly, absorbs the bumps nicely and climbs positively.. Have put some more period amber walls tyres on it as well, to have it in keeping with the Mountain Biker magazine (JAN 92) image above. Also above there is MBUK (DEC 91) review of the Eldridge, came out well.. A mere bargain at £595.00 BITD!!

Simply superb ..... picked up a '90 Marin Palisades (last year zolatone) myself this week.
Looked like it had lived in a cement factory, cleaned up near mint everything original..
still struggling to post pics on here.

Re:

Many thanks Steve, Yeah they scrub up well Marin's :xmas-cool:
A pm in regarding the stem will be heading your way shortly.. See what you think.. :D

I remember getting mine.....in 1992 strangely!

I was gutted when the chainstay cracked, however Marin were kind enough to swap-out the frame for a 96 model, and put all the kit back on, which I still have now.

Seriously, that looks like you've just bought it new. Awesome.
