Hi,

Here is a new project with a sunn 5000 r size L

I got it in a swap with the same frame but in M

Here is the frame with dead stickers :

The rest of parts will come from this bike, mostly xt m739 parts and a nice dt hugi hub :

I start cleaning it, and match it with a sunn chaos :

Hope I will find nos xt canti brakes or xtr

Hi,

Merry christmas !

Here is an update of the 5000 now in xt and rigid as I found this 1" nos tange :

The goal is to make it my bike for next summer : no fork, no leak risk, it could stay to my wife's parents home in south of France (and my wife is happy to know that one bike leaves the house  )

Hi titin,

Here in France you can find some sunn, but few fanatics buy all of them

Actually it is with xt hubs but you re right, dt hub are so nice :D

Next step will probably be deore lx m56- serie to go back canti as original.

I also bought the tange decal for the frame to go with the fork ones :D
