Re: 1994 FAT CHANCE Shock-a-Billy

Very nice, just wish I'd gotten around to painting my frame ;)

It's been an expensive slog getting it this far but you won't regret it.

I think this will be my 5th or 6th Billy, I've lost count  They are always worth the Journey for sure

The Build is going to mirror my AquaFade Yo

Re:

Time to pay the Billy some attention.

Step One is to unit the FAT Front End to an AMP Rear, and for this I'm afraid I have to rob Paul to pay back Peter [as my Yorkshire Wife would say]..

The Donor Frameset: a rather tired, dented and oxidised AMP B3..

I had a NOS AMP Chainstay in the Parts Bin so preferred to use that, albeit after a bit of a polish.. Note the slightly different yoke design..

Next, the Seatstays, and being from the Donor AMP, they needed a bit of work..

Underneath, there was a nice shine however..

AutoSol Product Placement..

Solid Titanium Pin or Hollow Alloy Unit..?

Solid Ti of course
