Another one for the collection.

Bought on here from SteveKona27 viewtopic.php?f=2&t=264978

Assembled with a few extra bits from 'stock' and ridden out today. What a go-er!

Well chuffed, may treat her to a lick of powdercoat at some point.
Cheers to Tad for the generous karma Impact headset and LX cantis.

Note to all: Canti's don't stop as well as discs!

Very nice!
Lovely colour, why would you want to change it?

I know what you mean, I love the colour too....... :(
Sadly, there is a fair bit of rust that you can't really see in the pics. It would really benefit from a strip back and re-paint, It won't be another white Kona though, not to worry. ;)

Absolutely no need to re-paint - check out the touch up job here:

That is useful. Thanks, Just need to grab some of that paint.

Still gets ridden a lot, kept the paint! (Touch up job pencilled for summer).

Meanwhile had a few period upgrades...
Now sporting: XTR M900 Cantis, MK.1 Crossmax wheelset, Hellbent Riser bars, XC Pro thumbies, Correct M737 Rear mech and SS5 Levers.

Riding this always brings a smile!! :D :D :D
