What's the best paint for a fork ?

I'm getting ready to refinish the fork on my 1995 KONA SEX TOO. I want to go Black to match the rear end. I don't want the paint to fail if/when the fork oil leaks. I was thinking engine paint.

Any suggestions on a descent, durable paint ?
