Just picked up a lovely Alpinestars AL Mega DX...
I’m not quite sure what year it is, think it’s either a ‘92 or ‘93...although I seem to remember ‘93 frames having a straight seat tube?
It looks to have been nicely refreshed in it’s life and has been chrome powder coated really well, with a fairly sensible kit list...
Plans are to give it a good once over, then start playing with it. Not going to get into a NOS build and will probably build it with a selection of nice period parts, Pace RC35’s perhaps, Ringlé skewers and I’ll try and bolt on XTR bits as and when I can afford/ obtain it...Main thing is I have her now and she’s not going anywhere!
