After digging this out of a shed thinking it was a d521 on a lx hub i was a bit thrown, but could it be the start of something else. There are a few options open to me so i an going to ponder them over a few more bourbons.

I’m guessing a mid to late 90’s build is on the books, any more clues as to what yet and mind sharing your Bourbons? ;)

Well after possibly one.... yes just one to many bourbons the shed of doom was a little to much to handle on Sunday. Did manage to fit a tyre, Yes that kind of hangover. You are more than welcome to share the bourbon but you have to be quick it don't last long round here

Cheers the pedals look good but unfortunately not as grippy as good old DX's. Now the frame, wouldn't it spoil the suspense and anticipation if i let that out the bag at this stage.

The shed of doom is an amazing place a bit like the nearby Fenlands occasionally something interesting will appear at the top of the pile, but you have to be quick before it sinks back in to the darkness. There are certain rituals to preform, that i cant go into here that will make it yeald what you want from it.
