I bought this bike last year and have probably done less than 100 miles on it. I don't think it had been used very much before then either - I think the old tyres that were on it were the original ones and the brake pads, chain etc. look original. Due to other bikes and a large list of DIY jobs(!), I'm unlikely to be able to use it much and could do with the space.

Spec:
  • Trek 1400 - large frame measuring approx 62cm so would suit someone over 6ft
  • Internal cable routing
  • Shimano 105 groupset
  • 42/53 chainrings
  • 7 speed rear cassette
  • Downtube shifters
  • Matrix rims
  • Recent new Panaracer tyres & tubes (not cheap!)
  • Recent new foam bar tape
  • Recent new rear gear cable outer

The bearings are all fine and the gears and brakes work well. There are a few marks on the frame from storage. The worst bits are pictured.

Pump and water bottle included. I also have some white Shimano SPD-SL R540 pedals available by separate negotiation.

£160 ono

Collection from Burwell, Cambridge, CB25. I'm available most evenings and weekends. May be able to deliver around the Cambridge/Newmarket area.
