Raleigh randonneur touring bike from 1990, This is one of the second series Raleigh Randonneur frames built from Reynolds 531ST tubing,
Raleigh Randonneur touring of the second and third series were widely regarded and justifiably so for being one of the best off-the-peg touring bikes available at the time - this bike is a perfect example of why they are rated so highly.
The raleigh is a perfect touring/winter/hack bike and rides really well.
All components are original except Vittoria randonneur cross tyres (32mm), MKS chromoplast mudguards and 105 aero brake levers. The bike in general is in very good condition with all the components working well and smoothy. The frame itself is structurally fine however there are some patches of rust/scratches which have no effect except aesthetically (although hard to see due to frame colour).

(the original freewheel was not on the bike at the time)

Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C with clearances for 35mm tyres and mudguards
