Want to run a set of recently acquired mavic crosstrail wheels on a Kona Kula scandium frame and sids, both of which have standard qr drop outs.
The wheels are currently 15mm front and 12mm rear.
I'm after adapters to take them both down to qr, preferably 5mm, though if I have other options, I'm open to them i.e other qr formats that will work on the frame and forks (even alternative sid lowers in 15mm, have a new set I would trade if needs be).
Rear adapters are the priority, I have a donor front hub I can swap the axle over from, but if there are front adapters available that will save me doing this, I'm all ears too.
Wheels are from 2012/13 I believe.

I'd also consider a full wheel swap if anyone needs a set of 26 inch disc magic crosstrail wheels running 15mm and 12mm, for a set of standard qr wheels of equivalent quality.
