I've got a 456 but couldn't tell you what size, I think it's a 19" whatever that equates to and it feels perfect but im 6'3. I have to admit i've never built the bike up but it looks big, the smallest bike I have is an 18.5" hardtail which is very nice but I also have a 21" both fit me well. I can take some measurements for you tommorow if you like?
