Set of 650C road wheels. SORTED

I'm after a set of 650C wheels for a project, rear spacing 130mm, for Shimano 8 or 9 speed cassette.

I don't need carbon ultralight's... not yet anyway, but I need something serviceable.

Could you not change the fork for a 700c unit, hook it up with a 700c wheel and be able to look at a litle less road?
