Shimano Triple Crank (BHF Dorset Ride Sunday)

Hi all

Desperately looking for a Shimano Triple Crank, would prefer Shimano 105 to match the rest of the bike but maybe something along the lines of RX100 not looking for mint condition but in good working order. Can possibly collect in the South West.

I am hoping to do the BHF Dorset ride on Sunday

300LX 175mm any good? It's the same forging as 105 triple IIRC and takes 110/74 rings.

What bottom bracket is it going on? I have this:
