roadster chain case wanted

I am after a chaincase to fit my humber sports, its a black 3 speed raleigh made 50s roadster, it has the non-removable rear stay. Basically what I am looking for is exactly what this bike has:

I have just got back a 1949 freshly painted Humber Sports frame.

When I got the bike, it had been painted in household gloss, but I managed to find the original colour on the steerer tube.

The photo posted looks exactly the same, and I want to know if there were ever decals or pinstriping on this model. I have seen Humber decals, but don't know if they are too recent.

Not all the components survived the cleaning process and could not be painted without a bit of soldering, plus the front chainguard is soldered, so cannot be powder coated either, but I can match via the RAL number.

I was unable to remove the steerer lock, swo I am hoping the local locksmith can remove the barrel and fit a key. Any tips on that would be helpful.
