Hi there,
I've been asked to build a bike for a lady-friend and I'd like to base it on a 70's or 80's Mixte 531 (or similar) frame.
Ideally it'd be able to take a rear pannier rack and 700c wheels but these two requirements are very easy to accommodate on pretty much any frame.
Anyone got one for sale? - whole bikes considered, whatever the condition as long as the frame is straight.
