Having been inspired by some of the projects here i'm mulling adding my own disc tabs to an old steel frame and have a few queries. I've seen a couple of tabs on offer but so far they're flat and not really designed enough for my liking. Looking then at the Shark Fin adaptor i was minded not just of it's attractive lines, but the benefit such a long mount would have in spreading braking loads. So i think i would probably try to add something much larger like that. Assuming that doesn't actually exist, where might i get that machined and does anyone have a rough idea what cost might be?
