I have been looking at a modern chainset, a Truvative Blaze 2.1
Its a great price and it is a double chainring with a chaingaurd where you would normally have the big ring, bolts on where you would normally bolt a big ring on as well. My question is if I wanted to go back to a triple can you just bolt a big ring in place of the chaingaurd?
It looks like it to me but i may be missing something basic here as I've never had a specific double only chainset.
