What forks are these???

Picked these up recently and im pretty confused about what company made them :?

The nearest forks ive seen to them was a Vicious Cycles forks i owned but this had very tapered legs opposed to the constant diameter of these.

Any ideas folks would certainly be appreciated.

Definately not a P2 fork. Ive used P2's on builds at work and they are very different.

These have an almost filleted look to the welds and seem very well made :?
