Not often you see something like this on Gumtree...

Advertised as an Explosif, but it's aluminium. Maybe that was a thing.

And on ebay

Wow. That's pretty special. I wonder how much it will go for?

Will work it out when it ends.

Must be in the region of £4 - 500.

This was posted up the other day, cant seem to find it now though, nice project though the wrong side of right, size that is. And they made the Explosif in aluminum for that year

Rather interestingly, this bike has all the trappings of the 2001 Explosif - the second year that the Explosif was constructed from an Easton Scandium & 7005 Aluminum mix. Only the Top Tube and Down Tube were Scandium on the 2000 & 2001 models. Incidentally, it was the predecessor of the superb 2003 Kula Primo, which along with the King were the first Konas to be constructed entirely from Scandium.

Anyway, despite allegedly being used at the 2000 Olympics, Geoff Kabush's bike has the 2001 font Decals, rather than the Glow In The Dark 2000 Decals, and most of the 2001 paint scheme - except for the additional custom flames. See examples of 2001 and 2000 Explosifs below:
