Waterford 29er & Soulcraft Frames

Sweet, but how does the soulcraft adjust the chain tension?
 
Both lovely....Re: the Soulcraft I asked the seller to confirm shipping cost to the UK.
Also, it doesn't have sliding dropouts, which I thought was Soulcrafts way (yes. I know, custom build etc).
Does that BB look EBB to you...thought it looked normal...in which case how is it SS?
Anyhow...that was several days ago and the seller doesn't seem inclined to answer :? Odd
