Lotus bike.....Yum!

A guy in my old club has 1 that he brings out to the midweek '10' every now and again,he's always very nervous about using it to much as they're renowned for cracking,apparently Gan stopped using them after a short time cos they got through so many!
I had a little spin on it but it was miles to big for me,they do look lovely :D
 
Mike Burrows (the guy that designed the original Lotus bike) lived down the road from me, and used to ride a lot of my old club TT's. Some of the bikes he used to bring out with him were AMAZING!
 
Did he ever bring any recumbents out?seem to remember he was a little crazy about them.

Yea, all the time :cool:

A close friend of his, Steve Lake, has loads of his carbon 'creations' including numerous recumbents :LOL:
