Price is maybe a bit high but this is a yeti hed ringle set with special ringle hubs made for the flat spokes.
Very rare

Here is a pic of my old wheelset.
If you take a good look you can see that the spoke holes got an extra cut towards the inner side to slide the thick flat spokes through the holes.
