Guy seems to imply its original paint but the decal placement looks wrong to me.

Have been talking to the seller. It has had a respray most likely as it has had a rear cable stop added for v brakes, also told him it wasnt a medium and now he has sort of changed the listing :)

I have the serial number off him just incase it was something else, sadly not though.
