Despite the Japanese sounding name, they're a huge French brand.

Range from excellent to distinctly rough/cheap/BSO. This one looks decent to middling...

I spoke to the guy when it was listed (and bid), not much history on the bike.
There's pretty much nothing on eng language websites about it; a bit in Canada. Similar spec ones seem to go for around $50CAD -despite the spec, don't know if that reflects on the brand or quality of the frames?!
Like it was said earlier, the "mountain bike" range is mainly mass produced horror shows with the occasional limited middle ground bikes.
I fancy trying it out as a tourer.
