Not sure if its of interest it looks pretty old (80s?).
Looks like a racer frame with some fat tyres to me. Bit TOO retro for my liking.

Around 1987, 'only' a Reynolds 500 frame - old fashioned when it came out when compared to other manufacturer offerings.

You're not joking, I could just see the frame style with a butchers basket on the front.
 
The full 531 frames may look old but they are much better to ride - I have a 21" Dawes Cougar and am still considering what to do with it.
