Its Ritchey frame built for leisure lakes as there own brand as they are owned by XLR8 sports ltd. or something like that. Friend of mine has one of these built up as a single speed, nice handling frame and very light.
 
I sold my wife's last week. It's not a bad bike but for us it didn't have the characteristic feel of a top quality frame despite it being built from Ritchey Prestige.

We are now on the look out for an vintage (1996/7) Saracen Kili comp/flyer.... any body got a 17" frame & forks. They are a nice ride.
