Bought this for a Cannondale project that I intended to do but never got round to it, so it is still unused. I can't remember how it was described when I bought it but basically it looks to have all the parts to be able to be used as a 1.5" headset, + the conversion pieces to bring it down to 1 1/8". Nice comprehensive bit of kit. £25 ppgift delivered.
