80 or 100 travel with canti mounts

On a budget but need to be working

How easy to return to 100mm? 80 would prob suit the LTS better but there dont look much travel :LOL:
 
Quite easy apparently but never done it myself. I believe it's the same deal as with rockshox forks by removing spacers.

I'm sure a good LBS would do it cheaply
