Did they really put mudguard eyes on 753? and only on the rear? (could be my eyes)

Yep, has mudguard eyes on the rear dropouts and inch thick paint....

Would this have been a custom build for a customer? I believe if it was there would be an extra stamping on it letter H??

Seller states he had it built with mounts for a rear rack rather than mudguards hence none at the front. No SBDU number stamp but has photos at factory to prove provenance.

No SBDU stamp? I'm sure I've seen initials, names, etc but can't remember one with nothing?

Pics a bit flakey on this tablet but does it have mounts on the seat stay for a rack?
