have long steerer (220mm+)
have v-brakes bosses (think they all do anyway)
be blue
be in great working order
If you have some and you were thinking of cutting down the steerer PLEASE STOP as I have a pair which are in really good nick but the steerer is too short (190mm - MY BAD) for my silly long limbs... I have tried different bar combos but though I'd just get one with longer steerer and fit some more spacers... I'm willing to swap or p/x for yours (mine cost a reasonable £30 posted from this site) or buy them off you if needs be, see photo:
