1"1/8th ahead 26mm stem or 1" quill road stem?

Hello,

I am after the above for a road bike please must be at least 100mm in length with some rise and 26mm clamp?

If 1" quill needs to have a front bolt off for mounting bars?

I have shown a stem that I have tried and seems ok for a start which is 110mm so anything similar in 26mm ?
