Mate of mine wants to get back into cycling after a long layoff, I've got loads of bits here so I'm only really looking for a decent 18-19" frame.
He'd prefer steel but thats not set in stone
looking to spend £100 absolute maximum on a frame including postage.
I suppose if an absolute bargain whole bike came up he'd look at that but it would be up to a maximum of £170 including postage
