yeah been there mate, never again! bought rims they phoned me up saying they didnt have or could get! so asked what they did have? they didnt know! then said why dont you remove the ones you dont have from your site? they said dont know? lol

Only had one dealing with SJS and apart from being slow, all was fine. Their website seems to list obscure things which you really need.

Aside:
Don't suppose if anyone knows if 517 and 717 ceramic rims are the same width?

I've got a pair of 517 ceramics on Hope Ti, which are looking on the well loved side of used. About to build a second set of wheels so in the same situation. It would be really handy if 717 and 517 were the same width because then I wouldn't have to fettle with brakes each time I swapped wheels over.

It is inevitable that my 517s will be rebuilt with 7171s unless the EEC 517 ceramic mountain is set free from its warehouse in Belgium.
 
I'm almost 99% sure the "17" in the name refers to the width, my old 717's are 17mm wide, my new XM819's are 19mm wide etc ;)
