90's kona frame

Hi.
After sorting myself with a cinder cone, the other half has decided she would like one.....or similar. She is about 5'4" so I was thinking 16" or smaller??
Would prefer frame and forks only as I have loads of bits to build on to.
Not too bothered about condition but no dents/cracks .

I have a 1993 Lava Dome I recently restored, very nice bike. Upgraded to LX spec, uses the same frame as the 93 Cinder Cone. Mechanically perfect with new HG chain and cassette, NOS Panaracer Smoke tyres, ODI Attack grips. I have a more lady friendly WTB saddle I can put on it.

It's a Kona size 18'" but that's to the top of the extended seat tube. My Mrs is 5 4" and it would work for her with the seat down and quill stem inserted more.
