Need parts to complete Tinker's Storm Adroit

I'm working to rebuild Tinker's old Storm Adroit and am in need of a few parts. Condition really doesn't matter as the parts on the bike are in various states of fading. So as long as the parts are functional I can use them.

Grafton shifter perches in 3DV
Ringle Super Bubba front hub in 3DV
Ringle Cam Twists QRs in 3DV
Sedis Pro chain

I have a front hub Martin in 3DV but would prefer to keep this set together. You don't need a Super Eight rear as well?
