Without digging it out I think you're right. 19" centre to top to I'd guess 17.5" centre to centre

Pretty sure it's an M. They defo did a larger frame. I think John Tomacs Raleigh was the same frame as this but a larger size. Raleigh, Look and Peugeuot used the same frame I think.

John Tomacs frames were made by Litespeed and Merlin - I don’t think this was even though it uses Easton and carbon

Just seen the pics sinnerman uploaded. It's different to other Look frames,I thought it was going to be the Look version of the reflex frames. Still very nice and what a result!
