Try a framebuilders supplier. Look under braze-ons, bosses. They are usually listed.

The brake stuff ones are not right for the Yo - I got some from Paragon which are exact but I need to find a small washer to let the brake sit flat...

I have a couple of the Paragon ones here in the UK, if you don't want to pay the shipping from the US.
I'll be doing another Paragon order soon, and will stock back up with these if you need more than 2 of the widgets.
