Awesome - as a long standing Marco Pantani fan (and Greg Lemond fan so no dope stuff ok...) I was in one of those chats with a chap when he commented on my Bianchi t-shirt - then chatted about bikes and Pantani came up - turns out he met the man when back in `99 during a promo tour and got him to sign his saddle, which he did, then he lacquered the saddle and rode it for a few months then took it off and popped it his mums loft, where it sat ever since.
Obviously wasted there so its now with me - shame its not the Il Pirata saddle as it would look epic on my `98 Megapro Mercatone Uno but signed saddles do`nt grow on trees...
Maybe its time to build one of the new Bianchi Pantani Speciallismo`s with it....
Cheers, Dan.
