I have an old steel road frame that I found recently and have begun to repaint etc, it has very little branding or logos and was wondering if anyone here could figure out what it is.
There isn't much to go by, but there are a few feature that could identify it.
The word NERVOR is stamped into the steerer tube as well as CNC97

The steerer tube is threaded with french threading (i think)
It also says CNC97 on the BB shell

The flat on the steerer tube that accommodates for the lock ring on the headset also looks to be filed by hand (not sure if that makes a difference)
there are braze on cable holders along the top tube
there is a small flat triangle roughly a third of the way down the down tube
Dropouts are 120 mm
finally, on the locking clasp thingy on the headset there are some words etched, Relatively illegible but from what i can tell it says F/gouvew/r/i grand-luxe.
Any ideas?
