My Paganini, complete with contemporary winter training top ! I bought this bike second hand in the early 90's and am guessing it was made in the late 80's. The winter training top dates to the mid /late 80's.
I believe that the unfinished Paganini frames were made in Italy and then finished and equipped by Plum cycles in Ghent, Belgium.
Plum still exist in Ghent and Ostend, but I don't believe that the Paganini brand does.
