I got this for a bargain price of $10, but it needed a complete service. I managed to get another pair of wheels as it had rusty spokes, and I serviced the hubs on those.
I took the bike completely apart and cleaned and regreased everything and replaced the cables for new ones, now it rides like new.
I did change a few other bits that I had from other bikes lying around, like the bars, seat post, saddle, crank, brakes, made it a 21 speed (was 1
