Shimano RO99 Road shoes size 46

Silver in good condition usual scuffs....takes Look or SPD-SL cleats [has three holes in triangle formation and thats it]....Carbon sole so quite stiff.....

What's the fit like on the Shimano shoes? Are the wide or narrow? Long or short for a 46?

I've sent you a pm....but the answer is relevant for others: I have broadish feet and they fit me fine....got a 46 because with Shimano they come up a little small...usually take 45s....so i tried on a pair of shimano 45s...too small....46 are fine.
