Here is my 1998 Marin Eldridge Grade that I bought new at the back end on 98. It was on sale as the 1999 bikes had just come out, and I traded my old 1995 Marin Bobcat Trail in against it.
It's still in pretty good and almost original condition, as for one reason or another, my riding time became somewhat limited after buying it. The only thing that isn't original arethe pedals, and the front tyre, which is actually an original tire from my 95 Bobcat Trail, as the innertube burst and blew a hole in the sidewall of the original tire, although I still have it. Other than that it's as I bought it back in 1998. There's the odd mark and the Eldridge Grade sticker is a bit scathed on the other side, but it still rides really well for a new bike, let alone one that's 15 years old.
