Nukeproof bars
Nukeproof tapered headset for straight 1 1/8 steerer.
WTB Rocket V Saddle
DMR Defy 50mm stem
DMR lock on grips
Deore M445 Disks with adaptors to fit 203mm front and 180mm rear disks.
XT Clutch rear mech (B/day pressie from mrs)
SLX 10 speed shifter.
Raceface narrow wide single chainring

So what kind of year is a mk3? I had a fairly early one, it was a great bike. There's a thread on here somewhere...

Nice looking bike.

Being a rolling upgrade project, what are the plans?

Lovely.

I had one as my first (fancy) modern mountain bike. Mine was mostly transplanted from a 2014 boardman comp but rapidly upgraded.

That will quite happily take a 130mm 650b fork (I ran Pikes on mine) - so don't feel you have to be limited to 26" forks when you come to upgrade.

Sold it to a chap in Poland and still regret doing so.
