I have an LX M567 f.mech in the top pull 31.8 flavour which i'm looking to swap for an LX M56? bottom pull 28.6 please and also a 32t 5bolt compact blue middleburn c/ring for something similar in silver. I would say the mech is a 7.5 out of 10 and the ring a 7 out of 10. Cheers.
