The Rockshox elastomers - are they solid or is there a bore down the middle? If so what's the approx diameter of the bore? Want to see if I can use them on another set of forks.

They're solid. If you need ones with a bore, I've some RST elastomers knocking about somewhere in my shed.

How does one measure one's wear to one's rim? Please don't say 'rimming' :oops: 40% at a guess?
Spokes, DB from what I can remember.
LX, as in, slightly fuzzy, pic
